Accessibility statement.

We want ZZAI to be usable by everyone. We're building this site to WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and we want to know when something falls short.

Our commitment

Every page on drinkzzai.com is designed and developed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That includes keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

What we've built in

Full keyboard navigation across all interactive elements. Semantic HTML so screen readers can parse pages. Alt text on all meaningful images. Visible focus indicators. Reduced-motion media-query support — animations soften when your OS requests less motion. Color contrast meets or exceeds 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for UI.

Known limitations

The flavor-story illustrations are decorative and use empty alt attributes by design — the surrounding copy carries the meaning. The drag-and-drop tray builder on the Bundle page has a keyboard equivalent (the +/− buttons) but the drag interaction itself is mouse-first. We're working on a fully keyboard-driven alternative for launch.

Found a barrier?

Email hello@drinkzzai.com with the page URL and what tripped you up. We aim to acknowledge within one business day and to fix critical issues within 5 business days. If you'd prefer phone, leave us a number and we'll call back.

Testing

We test with VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android), plus keyboard-only navigation on every release. Automated testing via axe-core runs in CI on every pull request.
