Purchase Policy
All ZZAI beverage sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened or unopened beverage orders.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is incorrect, email us at hello@drinkzzai.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and affected cans. We review every claim individually and will work with you to make it right. Claims without photo documentation cannot be processed.
