Where Chapman comes from.
Chapman is the mocktail of West Africa. It started at the Ikoyi Club in Lagos in the 1970s and now it is on every rooftop, at every owambe, and first on the menu at any bar worth sitting in. Botanical citrus, cooling cucumber, a little bitters at the end. The classic is mixed by the glass. Ours is the non-alcoholic Chapman drink in a can, ready to pour.
