Terms of service
The agreement between you and ZZAI when you buy a can, subscribe, or use this site. Plain-English version below; the full legal version supersedes it.
Buying from ZZAI
When you place an order, you're entering a contract to buy the product at the price shown and the shipping cost calculated at checkout. We'll send a confirmation email with your order details - keep it for reference. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product was mispriced or out of stock; if that happens, you will not be charged or your payment will be reversed.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on the frequency you pick. You can skip a delivery, change flavors, pause, or cancel anytime from your account — changes made at least 48 hours before your next ship date are honored on that order. We charge your saved payment method 24 hours before each ship date.
Shipping & order help
Standard shipping is included on qualifying orders over $99.99; below that, $9 flat. We ship to the 48 contiguous US states. Drinks are final sale and cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect order? Email hello@drinkzzai.com with your order number and photos within 7 days so we can help.
Acceptable use of this site
Don't try to break things, don't scrape our pricing data en masse, don't impersonate anyone, don't post abusive reviews. We reserve the right to ban accounts that do.
Liability
We stand by our product. To the extent allowed by law, our maximum liability for any claim arising from your purchase is the amount you paid for that purchase. We don't exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally goes to binding arbitration in Delaware, except for small claims, which can go to small-claims court.
