Where can I use my digital gift card?
On this store at checkout. The code applies to any ZZAI product — single cans, packs, bundles, and subscriptions.
How can I check my balance?
Your remaining balance appears automatically at checkout when you enter the code. You can also contact us with the code and we will check it for you.
Can I send this directly to a friend?
Yes. Use the recipient email field in the gift-card form, or forward your confirmation email. The code works for whoever has it.
Does it expire?
Check the gift-card validity note above and the issued gift card email. If an expiration date ever applies, Shopify will show it on the gift card.
Can multiple gift cards be used on one order?
Yes — Shopify allows up to two gift cards per order at checkout. Stack them or use them across separate orders.
I'm a backer — will my pledge gift card work here?
Yes. Pledge gift cards are standard ZZAI store gift cards. Enter your code at checkout exactly as you received it. If you have any issues reach out to us directly and we will sort it out.
