First orders begin shipping when production inventory lands, currently expected late June to mid-July. Once your order ships, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to the contiguous 48 US states. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Standard shipping is included on qualifying orders Shipping calculated at checkout. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $0. Expedited shipping is calculated by destination and weight at checkout.
Drinks are final sale and cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@drinkzzai.com within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can help.
If your tray arrives damaged, snap a photo of the box and the contents and email hello@drinkzzai.com within 7 days. We'll replace the tray free of charge and arrange disposal.
Orders ship fast. If it has not shipped yet, email us right away and we can try to edit or cancel it. Once it is with the carrier, drinks are final sale unless the order arrives damaged or incorrect.
