Apply for a prepaid account. Uploading your signed resale certificate now speeds up review; tax exemption begins only after we verify it.

An EIN identifies the business but does not by itself establish resale exemption. Tax-free status begins only after ZZAI reviews appropriate evidence or records an authorized manual approval.

Optional at application, but required before tax exemption. Upload one PDF, JPG, or PNG up to 5 MB. You won’t need to upload it again for each order.

This is a preference, not a confirmed shipping arrangement. Available options and costs depend on order size, destination, and warehouse coordination.

Wholesale application terms
  • Submitting this form is an application, not account approval or order acceptance.
  • The applicant confirms they are authorized to act for the named business and that the information supplied is accurate.
  • Approved orders are paid in full before preparation or release. ZZAI is not offering credit terms.
  • Pricing, minimum quantities, availability, shipping and handling are confirmed in the approved catalog or order.
  • Tax exemption applies only after ZZAI reviews acceptable resale documentation; otherwise applicable tax may be charged.
  • Wholesale and Distributor accounts are for resale buyers. Distributor pricing is assigned explicitly by ZZAI in Shopify; it is not an automatic percentage discount. Special bulk accounts are for volume use, service, offices, hospitality, or events and remain taxable.
  • NJ pickup is appointment-only. Buyer-arranged freight requires approved timing and valid prepaid carrier documents.
  • ZZAI may approve, decline, suspend, or request additional verification for an account.
